Paxton was born and raised in Southern Idaho and graduated from The College of Idaho in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science. Coming from a long‑standing family of Idaho insurance agents, she began her career as a licensed life insurance agent with New York Life, where she gained a strong foundation in life insurance, client service, and administrative support.
In 2019, she began working under the mentorship of Matt Shannahan, with the goal of expanding her financial knowledge into investment management and gaining experience supporting clients through comprehensive financial planning. In her role, she provides organized administrative coordination, clear communication, and reliable support throughout every stage of the planning process.
Outside of work, Paxton is active in the equine community, staying involved in local shows, associations, and the western lifestyle she grew up around. She lives in Middleton with her fiancé, Jakobee Osborn, and remains closely connected to the Treasure Valley community.
